DESCRIPTION:  \n \nJune 27\, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM\nMeditation with Horses is for adolescents and adults that combines guided meditation with experiential learning with horses in order to reduce stressful conditions like anxiety and depression\, and provide tools for managing these issues.   \n        \n            \n                                \n                                        \n                        \n                            \n                            mediation 8mediationmediation 6mediation 7mediation 9\n                    \n                \n                            \n        \n        \nYou will have positive experiences in the class\, where you are able to alleviate stress in a safe and supportive environment alongside our gentle and peaceful horses. You will learn tools and techniques to find balance to alleviate the anxious mind and find harmony within.  \nPracticing guided meditation and equine-assisted activities that enhance awareness and further facilitate presence with horses is a powerful way to help people cope with anxiety. Activities will give you the opportunity to begin to understand how your thoughts\, emotions\, and behaviors influence your experience and success at school\, work\, home\, and community.
