Interactions with these majestic yet gentle beings facilitate a non-verbal process of rebuilding trust and processing complex emotions that may have become blocked or stagnant. \nEquine-assisted sessions occur on the ground\, side-by-side with the horse\, and may involve grooming\, leading\, or simply being in their calming presence. Through these grounded exchanges\, we rediscover the natural flow of our emotional landscape. Sessions typically begin and end with a group circle\, but most of the time is spent with the horses in our indoor arena. \nLaurie Higgins-Kerley and her team of Led by Horses Equine Coaches and the “Healing Herd” offer their guidance and compassion in a safe space.
