The frequency and sound of the Gong reminds us of the Universe before as it came into form\, and of the nature of our soul\, before it became embodied in the limitation of time and space. As the creative healing sound is produced\, It becomes the life force (prana or chi) and this life force circulates through the meridians of the human body. This strong sound wave\, almost tangible to the touch\, creates deep relaxation\, clears the mind\, and stimulates the glandular system to a higher level of functioning. it also aids in the reorganization of emotional energy and feelings\, very much tied to our physical body structure\, and consequently affects the mind. \n  \nHorses are keen observers and sensitive to movement and emotion. They respond to what your body language\, emotions\, and thoughts are conveying – your non-verbal communication. They become a powerful mirror of reflection – tuning into your energy and reflecting back without ego or judgment. This characteristic makes horses masters at helping us attune to our own inner landscape and gain clarity on how to move forward. They are known as “acoustical” beings. \n  \nYoga unites our mind\, bodies\, and spirit. Yoga in the presence of horses deepens our experience as they attune us to a higher frequency – to their acoustical state of being. Experiencing increased awareness\, clarity of mind\, and deeper breathing elevate our own connection to self.
