SUMMARY:Monthly Grief Group
DESCRIPTION:Led by Horses is offering a monthly support group for individuals navigating the river of grief. Grief is difficult to do alone – much less navigate with any clarity. In this group\, we will be in communion with horses and humans at Dove Creek Ranch. Participants will experience time to be with horses in silence\, learn coping practices\, and build community with their fellow human companions on this journey they travel together. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n A07D3D24-570A-4F20-BB5A-4A98145A1393_1_105_c (1)IMG_1399mediation 71FC7D642-0B52-48CC-8214-71FEF25EC9EC_1_105_c (1)IMG_7925 (1)\n \n \n \n \n \n\nHorses are highly sensitive and emotionally intelligent beings – which makes them very adept at holding space for humans who are experiencing strong emotional situations\, especially grief. Their ability to be present with people creates a safe and sacred container for transformation. Interactions with these gentle creatures help people rebuild trust and process difficult emotions in a non-verbal way. \nLaurie Higgins-Kerley and  her team of  Led by Horses Equine Coaches\, and the Healing Herd offer their guidance and compassion as you travel this river of the soul. Dove Creek is a peaceful place of solace for you to reflect\, project\, and make deep connections.  \nOne Session: $50 \n3 Month Package: $130 \n  \nSign up for One Day \nSign up for 3 Month Package \n2023 Dates:\n\nSunday\, April 16th from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM\nSaturday\, June 17th from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM\nSunday\, July 9th from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM\nSunday\, August 6th from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM\nSunday\, September 10th from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM\nSunday\, October 15th from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM\nSunday\, November 12th from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

SUMMARY:Women's 4 Day Retreat - Empowerment through Healthy Boundaries
DESCRIPTION:  \nBoundaries are invisible but sturdy lines we draw around ourselves. They protect us in relationships. They’re like the doors and walls of a house or the fence around a garden. Their job is to protect a private space not everyone can have access to. They’re your personal limits to help you protect your energy\, dignity\, privacy\, identity\, and more. \nWorking with horses provides gentle opportunities to strengthen our boundary-setting skills. As horses are members of a herd in which safety is the number one priority\, it is in their nature to tune in to their boundaries and the boundaries set around them\, as this helps maintain the collective safety within the herd. If we are unsure or not clear\, a horse might come into our personal space causing us to move or shift our balance. But when we are present and align our behavior with our intention to hold our space\, the horse will respond cooperatively to what we are communicating as they are able to read our body language. \nBeing able to set boundaries with such a majestic\, large animal can be empowering and can make the process of setting boundaries in our day-to-day life less intimidating\, especially in those times when it’s difficult to say “no.” Interacting with a horse also teaches us to slow down\, check in with ourselves and notice what feels safe and what doesn’t.   \nMuch like the horses\, we need to have healthy boundaries in order to feel safe and protected as well as being able to speak our truth when needed. When we are in touch with our own inner landscape of emotions\, beliefs\, perception\, and power\, we are able to establish clear healthy boundaries with others. Boundaries carry firm\, compassionate\, body centered communication that include respect and truth.  \nMany in today’s society are feeling lonely and disconnected. In this 4 day retreat\, Laurie\,  Jennifer\, and Rebecca will explore with you the Medicine Wheel concept of the “whole” human – the emotional\, physical\, mental\, and spiritual aspects to understand yourself better. To gain clarity on the places you fear to go and actually avoid. Patterns you want to change that affect your relationship with self and others. Do you have conflicting relationships? Do you feel like you are at war with others? \nLearning that you are part of a larger whole heals the feelings of separation so that you can awaken to your essence and gain empowerment and clarity on how you feel and what you want in life. When we learn to deeply listen to what our inner guidance is communicating to us\, we awaken to how we can effectively balance power and maintain a state of inner peace & harmony. \nSome of the skills we will work on in this workshop are: \n\n\n\n\n\nRecognizing when and how to set a boundary. \nLearn what a healthy boundary looks like. \nBuild a relationship with yourself\nEstablish and reinforce boundaries that protect your serenity and validate your comfort space\, \nFind balance with our mind-heart-body communication\nDiscover your sources of strength and clarity to help you in your day-to-day. \n\n\n\n\n\nYou will experience: \n\n\n\n\n\nsessions with horses\nceremony in nature \nyoga\, breath work\, and meditation\ngroup talking stick circles \nmandala art \ndelicious meals \nas well as teachings\, practices and techniques to continue when you return home. \n\n\n\n\n\nDeepen your understanding of your Energetic Boundaries through Heart to Heart communication \nFind new ways to be in healthy relationship with others without loosing your connection to yourself. \nCreate your own talking stick to begin using with your partner and family.  \nBecome coempowered with new self awareness. \nLearn to care for yourself in a whole new way. \nImmerse in the beauty and sacredness of Dove Creek Ranch. \n  \n  \n*Full amount must be paid by August 17\, 2023*\nLodging and meals included!\nPay $500 Deposit \nPay Remaining $1100 after Deposit \nPay Full $1600 Amount \nPayment Plan – 3 Payments of $533.34 \nCustom Amount
