Leo is a 14yo (2012) Paint who arrived with his herdmate, Danali, from an owner surrender in Beaver, OK, in February of this year (2026). Sometimes being a responsible horse owner means making the most heart-wrenching decisions. Their owners were facing health challenges, and made the selfless choice to ensure Leo and Danali were placed somewhere they would continue to be loved and cared for before things became too difficult.

Leo has completed her quarantine and will begin his training evaluation later this month. We can’t wait to see his progress!
