Schedule a visit
All potential adopters must schedule two riding appointments to meet and work with the horse.
Submit an application
Complete the adoption form and allow up to 7 business days for processing.
Finalize adoption
Once approved, you’ll receive the adoption agreement and transport details.

Before you apply
Adoptions are available to residents within the United States
Adopters must provide proof of safe housing, veterinary access, and ongoing care
Adoption fees vary depending on the horse’s training and medical history
Horses remain under Dove Creek Equine Rescue’s ownership until adoption is finalized
