About Rugar
Since his arrival, we’ve heard that Rugar has quite the story to tell. Those who knew him have shared that he lived an eventful, adventurous life, including stories from his time in the Grand Prix and even a role in the local play TEXAS Outdoor Musical in Palo Duro Canyon.
Rugar is full of energy, personality, and a desire to perform. He enjoys being seen and has a presence that makes him stand out. He is sure-footed, has wonderful ground manners, and can remain calm in a variety of environments, showing signs of having been exposed to and desensitized to quite a bit throughout his life.
